CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Continuum is Victoria’s oldest continuously operating architectural firm. We were established by noted local architect P Leonard James in 1910. Our name reflects our commitment to be always looking ahead – with our approach, our people and our designs – because we know that spaces, like firms, should always be designed for the future.
We maintain a balance of public and private sector clients. We are proud of our open environment with a culture of creativity, competence, and collaboration.
At Continuum Architecture, we believe in supporting our team with a rewarding and balanced work environment. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and profit-sharing for all employees twice a year. As a certified Living Wage Employer, we are committed to fair compensation and a positive workplace culture. Our four-day workweek reflects our dedication to work-life balance—giving our team more time to enjoy everything Victoria has to offer.
