Sequoia

The Sequoia project combines modern living with a deep respect for Victoria's architectural heritage. Our vision encompasses the development of a 73-unit rental building, 11 designed townhouses, and a relocated heritage house from 1883, all serving as the gateway to the vibrant Fernwood.

Our design prioritizes the creation of active and passive outdoor spaces that foster community engagement and connection with nature. A thoughtfully crafted landscape plan revolves around the preservation of a majestic Sequoia Tree, standing tall at approximately 100 feet. This magnificent tree serves as the focal point of our development, anchoring the shared outdoor amenities that include a play area, benches, and picnic tables. These spaces are designed to encourage residents of both the Townhouses and the apartments to enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.
