This office and warehouse is an extremely practical design, responding to the specifics of the climate and the client. Modular construction proved to be the solution to the extreme climate, the short construction season, the remote location and a reasonable budget.

Completed in August 2012, this building is a 2 story, precast concrete building with a floor area of 4000 m2. It has received LEED® - Silver rating.
