The Pointe at Sunriver

The Pointe at Sunriver Estates is Sooke’s first multi-family development, consisting of 32 units (4 per building) on 7 acres. Situated on a peninsula it is surrounded by the steep banks of De Mamiel Creek. The units are all one-level ranging in size from about 1500 to nearly 1700 square feet, and feature open floor plans.
