The Rise on Fifth

This 4-storey, luxury condominium development is located in Sidney, BC and will feature views of the Haro Strait.

The 36 units include one, two and three-bedroom floor plans with oversized interiors and stunning ocean views.

The underground parking level will introduce Vancouver Island’s first installation of a KLAUS MULTIPARKING System, which enables vehicles to be stacked two high and is fully automated.

This structure, revised from wood-frame due to volatile material costs, will be all-steel framing, a first for local multi-family housing.
